- Friday 25th November: starting at 8h30 (feedback on examination)
- Thursday 24th of November: All referees, intending to participate at the championships, have to be present at 13h00.
- Thursday 24th November: starting at 14h00 (verification of the entry forms)
- Friday 25th November at 9h00
- Friday 25th November at 11h30, all referees intending to participate at the championships have to be present at this meeting.
